Make Appointment
Choose a specialist either through referral based on patients' symptoms and make an appointment accordingly

Prepare relevant documents
Gather documents such as referral letter, medical histories and imaging reports (i.e CT, MRI and X-Ray). If public hospital medical records are available, you are advised to apply for the Electronic Health Record Sharing System (eHRSS) to make relevant health info available to patients' doctor during consultation

Confirm your appointment
A day ahead of the patients' appointment, We will contact via phone call to remind details about patients' visit such as time, location and various reminders.

Consultation
Patient is recommended to bring at least one family member or friend along to your consultation for deeper understanding regarding to your conditions and treatment.
