為慶祝楷和醫療成立100個月及女士健康中心FemWell創立100日，我們於剛過去的六月在尖沙咀診所舉辦首場慶祝活動，並特意感謝醫生們的努力付出，讓楷和醫療團隊邁向更多「100」里程碑！

延緩認知障礙新突破
目前認知障礙症仍未有根治方法，但愈早介入及接受治療，可有效舒緩病情。李至南醫生表示：「近年醫學界在延緩認知障礙藥物有新突破，有助阻截異常蛋白質黏附，提升神經傳遞物質，較傳統藥物只有助改善認知表現，效果相對較顯著。」故建議患者把握發病早期求醫，對症下藥。

Chiron & FemWell 100 Celebration
To celebrate 100-month establishment of Chiron Medical and the 100-day milestone of Women’s Health Centre – FemWell, first-round special celebration was held at Tsim Sha Tsui clinic in June. We would also like to express our gratitude for the dedication of our medical team. It is their hard work that empowers us to achieve more “100” milestones.

Breakthrough in Treating Dementia
Although dementia could not be cured, early treatment can help manage or improve symptoms. Dr. LEE Chi Nam stated “There has been a new breakthrough in medication recently, helping to block abnormal protein adhesion specifically and improve neurotransmitters. Compared with current medication which can only help improve cognitive performance, the effect of new medication is relatively significant.” It is recommended that dementia patients seek medical advice at the early stage to prescribe suitable medication for treatment.
