# Consultation can be done in our Tsim Sha Tsui Specialist Centre, Central General Practice Clinic or Kwun Tong The Quayside Clinic or by tele-consultation

Consultation to confirm whether the applicant is asymptomatic, any travel history or contact history.

The applicant has to determine whether this is suitable for use by relevant government bodies or authorities. We shall not be liable for any damage or loss.

2. If the condition of patients falls into Centre for Health Protection Guidelines, we will contact the patient immediately and report to CHP.
