– 由感染及傳染科專科醫生發出的醫生證明(新冠病毒(COVID-19)測試 One time certification of clinical status with regard to Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)
– 適用於出國需要旅行證明的完全無症狀(如發燒、乾咳、疲勞、有痰或呼吸急促)的患者或工作機構需要 Suitable for totally asymptomatic patients requiring certification for travel.
套餐包括 Package include:
– 由我們的醫護團隊進行樣本採集 Specimen collection by our team
– 感染及傳染病科專科醫生諮詢 Consultation by specialist in infectious disease
– SARS-CoV-2 PCR的合併拭子(鼻咽和咽喉) Pooled swabs for SARS-CoV-2 PCR (nasopharyngeal and throat)
– 醫生證明信 Certifying letter
費用 Price: HKD 1,800
如果發現有症狀，患者將被轉介到政府醫院進行測試和進一步治療
If found to be symptomatic, patient will be referred to government hospital for testing and further management.
