As we entered 2021, Chiron continued to uphold its commitment to people-centered service, providing patients with professional, comprehensive, and high-quality medical care. To ensure patients feel more secure when seeking treatment, Chiron had partnered with “Diamond Cab" to offer provides barrier-free taxi service to patients requiring hospitalization for surgery and those with limited mobility. This service provided point-to-point transportation, reducing the time and stress associated with travel for our patients.
Diamond Cab provides accessible transportation services for wheelchair users and their caregivers, making travel easier and saving time on transfers between different modes of transport. Recognizing this, Chiron placed donation boxes for the “Diamond Cab Foundation" in all our clinics, encouraging everyone to contribute to this noble cause. All funds raised will be used to assist underprivileged community members.
Chiron was honored to invite Dr. Shek, the founder of Chiron Medical, Mr. Joseph Ngai, Chairman of the Board of Diamond Cab (Managing Partner of McKinsey & Company’s Hong Kong office). Ms. Doris Leung, CEO of Diamond Cab, to officiate at our event.
Chiron actively goes the extra mile for our patients while also committing to support charitable causes. We hope everyone will join us in caring for those around us and for different segments of society. Donors who wish to receive a receipt can scan the QR code on the donation box to fill out a form and upload their electronic donation record. Diamond arranged for a dedicated person to follow up.

How to Use Diamond Cab's Cash Vouchers:
Call Diamond Cab's 24-hour reservation hotline at 2760 8771.
Specify that you would like to use the "Chiron Medical Group Cash Voucher" (quantity/value).
Provide the starting point, destination, date, and time. Diamond Cab will quote a price and confirm your reservation. Please pay attention to the cancellation fee policy.
The day before your service, you will receive a friendly reminder call from a Diamond Cab representative. Please listen for voicemail messages.
On the day of service, about 10 minutes before arrival, the driver will call the passenger to provide the vehicle's license plate number and waiting location.
Before exiting the vehicle, please have the cash voucher ready for the driver (no change will be given) and prepare any cash needed for the difference (if applicable, after deducting the voucher's value). Remember to collect your receipt.
Terms and Conditions:
The voucher holder can use it to pay for a taxi fare of equal value within the voucher's validity period; it becomes invalid after expiration.
The voucher must bear the official stamps of both Diamond Cab and its authorized partners to be considered valid.
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. Holders will not receive cash or any other form of change.
The voucher is valid for a one-time use only.
If the voucher is lost, stained, altered, or damaged, it will be void and will not be replaced.
Diamond Cab reserves the final decision regarding the use or acceptance of this voucher in case of any disputes.
