Perseverance is the key to maintaining a healthy diet and exercise routine. Despite the rainy weather, the dedicated team from Chiron Medical visited Food Angel to assist the elderly in engaging in exercise activities and conducted measurements of their blood pressure and glucose levels. Dr. LEUNG Yuk Luen, an Emergency Medicine specialist, demonstrated various exercises and offered instructions to ensure proper form and technique. Additionally, Dr. Leung provided consultation services to address the various health concerns of the participants. The event was a resounding success. Looking forward, Chiron Medical will continue to serve the public, care for the community, and provide professional and comprehensive medical services.
