Chiron Medical Group is honoured to join Prudential Hong Kong Limited’s (“Prudential”) brand-new direct medical billing initiative as its inaugural healthcare provider partner. The launch ceremony was successfully held on 29 October 2026. This cross-industry collaboration brings together insurance, local InsurTech and global payment capabilities, using technology to seamlessly connect doctor appointment booking, pre-authorisation of medical expenses, and expense settlement, delivering a simpler, more transparent and worry-free healthcare journey for eligible customers.
Chiron has maintained a close partnership with Prudential and remains committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred healthcare services. Joining as the inaugural provider partner under this initiative further strengthens the collaboration between the two parties across healthcare services and insurance protection, extending their cooperation from traditional direct medical billing to a more comprehensive digital healthcare experience. In the initial phase, Chiron will deploy the capability across its medical network, enabling eligible Prudential customers to enjoy a smoother journey from appointment booking and pre-authorisation to settlement.
